How do I become a Tekpoint client?

Simply register online right away. You will receive a client number, a webshop login, and can start ordering immediately. Please be advised that the first delivery always involves payment in advance for actuarial purposes.

Which items can I purchase from Tekpoint?

We are mobile device and components distributors. Regardless of which mobile device you are looking for, we either have it or can procure it for you very quickly. Our components division offers LCD displays for mobile devices, as well as HDD and SSD hard drives, RAM memories and CPUs.

Is there a minimum order?

How much does shipping cost?

That depends on the chosen carrier. You can choose either lower cost or fast delivery.

How long does delivery take?

That depends on the chosen carrier. Usually from 1 to 3 business days, throughout Europe. This also depends on the availability of items.

Yes. We send out an order confirmation email to the email address provided for every order placed.

What do I do in the event of damage due to transportation?

For returns please fill out our RMA form online. You will receive a return confirmation number, and we will tell you how to make a return.

What are my payment options with Tekpoint?

We usually use SEPA direct debit in the industry. This usually involves a certain period granted for payment. Another option is to set up payment in advance.
